« Staff was very friendly. They were very helpful when we needed it. It was quiet. The blackout curtains worked well. The refrigerator kept things very cold. Shower head was good height, pressure was good, and we had warm water. Bathroom was roomy, enough for 2 people at the same time. Sitting area was nice. Location was great!! The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years. »
