Guests have full private access to the entire property—including the Red Room, sauna, rooftop terrace, patio, and outdoor amenities. Only two small areas (a locked cabinet and crawl space) are reserved for maintenance. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Self check-in is effortless with a smart lock and unique guest code; an emergency lockbox is available if needed.

Cleanliness & Care
We hold our property to the highest luxury standards. After every stay, our professional team performs a deep clean and full sanitization of all spaces, including the Red Room and hot tub.

All linens, towels, and playroom furnishings are replaced or disinfected between guests. You can expect the same spotless quality as a high-end resort.

This home is designed exclusively for couples seeking a private, romantic retreat. It is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or additional guests.

2. Adults Only
For the privacy and comfort of all guests, Desire & Devotion is an adults-only property.
- Minimum age: 21+
- No children or infants permitted

3. Privacy and Discretion
Guests are expected to respect the privacy of neighbors and the peaceful nature of the setting.
- Keep noise levels moderate outdoors after 10 p.m.
- No loud outdoor music or shouting that could disturb wildlife or distant neighbors

4. Cleanliness and Care
Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.
- Use provided cleaning wipes for any specialty furnishings
- Do not use glitter, body paint, or wax products, as they damage fabrics and finishes

5. Safety and Security
For everyone’s safety:
- Keep doors closed to prevent wildlife from entering
- Follow posted safety guidance for sauna and hot-tub use
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the home
- No glass in or near the hot tub

6. Property Use
- The Red Room and all furnishings are for consensual adult use only.
- All items are sanitized after each stay; please return them to their original locations
- Do not move heavy furniture or use equipment outdoors

7. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Late check-out may be available upon request and approval.

8. Liability and Damage
Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and for any damage caused during their stay. The host is not liable for injuries related to misuse of amenities or equipment.

9. Prohibited Activities
To preserve the home’s luxury standard:
- No illegal substances or commercial filming
- No glitter, confetti, or decorations affixed to walls or furniture
- No rearranging of major furniture pieces
