Ponderosa Park Lake House - Quai privé et plage!

Nous avons trouvĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ© en 2017 et savions que l'emplacement Ă©tait spĂ©cial! Au cours des deux derniĂšres annĂ©es, nous avons rĂ©novĂ© ce qui Ă©tait autrefois deux cabines sĂ©parĂ©es en une seule maison idĂ©ale pour les rĂ©unions de famille. Avec le parc d'État juste devant votre porte, le lac Payette dans votre jardin et le centre-ville de Mccall Ă  moins d'un mile ... cet endroit a tout pour plaire. Accueille facilement 20 avec cinq chambres, toutes avec leur propre salle de bain pour l'intimitĂ© et le confort des invitĂ©s! Le loft du troisiĂšme Ă©tage dispose de lits gigognes et d'un sectionnel pour que les enfants puissent se dĂ©tendre et profiter du ping-pong!

Friends for decades!

My friends and I stayed at this gorgeous property overlooking Payette Lake. It is located in Ponderosa State Park fairly close to the town of McCall. The photos do not do this property justice as it is even prettier than the photos show! The Scandinavian decor is lovely 

minimalistic yet beautiful! The five bedrooms with four of them being en-suite are lovely and the loft bedroom has a bathroom in close proximity. We enjoyed several walks located on nearby trails.In the future, it is my hope to rent it again along with my children and their families

Amazing!

We had such a great stay with our whole family - 6 adults, a 5yr old and a 9mo old. The house was well stocked and the private beach/dock and access to the Ponderosa Park hiking trails were so convenient and hard to beat! We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Beautiful home

This was a simple reservation to make with very clear communication. Minimal communication needed which we prefer. Super easy check in and check out. The entire property was gorgeous. The inside of the home was so well appointed, cozy and clean. We staying in December so loved the wood burning fireplace (bring your own wood), the lamps for cozy lighting, dimmer switches, blankets and carpet in the bedrooms. There was enough comfortable seating on the sectional, at the kitchen island and dining table for our large family. It was a very comfortable home. The kitchen and pantry were extremely well stocked and the only thing we couldn't find were the salt and pepper shakers. Everything you need for cooking is there. And, lots of spices, paper towels, foil, all the things you use and usually have to buy when staying at a vacation home were there! It is so roomy in the kitchen and room for many people to be multitasking. Huge table and chairs for our game nights. There was snow on the ground so couldn't see the grounds, but the outside decks and hot tub were so beautiful along with the view of the lake. Incredible view with amazing trees!! Very quiet area and we didn't see another person while there. The beds were comfortable and loved that all four bedrooms had lovely attached bathrooms. Loved that there were a lot of towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. We would love to come back in the summer and do all the outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Lake Front Home!

Five Stars! The photos and description in the listing are 100% accurate and we are very appreciative that the host is willing to share this gem with the VRBO community. We were down on the beach when a 4 point buck decided to walk past us and take up shelter under the deck and provide selfie opportunities. We hiked the peninsula, had a bonfire on the beach and boated on the lake. Treat yourself to this spectacular opportunity!

Loved our stay at the Ponderosa lake house

This was our second visit to the beautiful Ponderosa lake House on Payette Lake. We came back because it’s such a fantastic place for friends and family to spend time together. The house layout and furnishings are perfect for our group. The house is very clean and well stocked. The views are amazing and the access to Pondersa park, just steps from the property, make this a special location. We love the new dock, it worked well to park our boat and just hang out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It’s a great place!

Amazing Ponderosa Park Lake House Vacation

What an amazing property! We came to McCall with high expectations based on the description and pictures. I can honestly say being in the home was even better and far exceeded our already high expectations. We loved the location within Ponderosa State Park and its access to trails and the water. The home’s layout is perfect for families and accommodations were first class. The home was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished and provided a lot of room for both privacy and socializing. Cooking is a big part of our family's get-togethers and the Lake House kitchen was a sure delight to cook and socialize in. From the commercial-quality cooking and food prep appliances to pots, pans, dishes, and glassware to the large kitchen island with seating for six, there was nothing we lacked for putting together and sharing great meals. The Lake House dock is well maintained and was easy to approach and moor our boat when it wasn't being used. The property's large sandy beach and the sandy lake bottom made for enjoyable lounging, beach games and swimming. This is a special property. We will return in the future.

Amazing Lake Front House on Payette Lake with Dock

We had such an amazing week at this property, no one wanted to leave when our stay was over! The house is beautifully decorated and having your own sandy beach and dock to use is super convenient if you have water toys. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view from the deck is breathtaking especially during summer sunsets and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great memories were made and we hope we can return in the future!

Gorgeous

Home was beautiful & beautifully decorated. Very cozy & yet tons of room. Master bedrooms were awesome & the beds were so comfortable. The only recommendation I have is more bedding in winter just because it was super cold when we were there but we didn’t want to crank the heat up either. Owner was super nice & and we loved our stay. Would love to rent in summer to enjoy the deck, dock, & lake.

It was so nice to have our own dock along with a sandy beach area for the kids to play. The house is so well done and has everything you need. It sits in the Ponderosa Park which gave us easy access to hikes for the kids and the opportunity to view wildlife. đŸżïž 🩌 🩅

Better than the photos

Ponderosa State Park has long been one of my favorite destinations. To experience it with this kind of luxury was a dream. The house is beautiful, and so well laid out. With three families each couple had a private suite, plus kids upstairs in the bonus room / queen room. Plenty of towels and dishes. And I can’t say enough about how amazing the beach is. Perfectly sandy and soft even out into the swimming area. The dock easily accommodated two boats plus a sea doo. We definitely hope to return!

This house is perfect for big families. Each big bedroom has their own bath, beautifully updated, huge kitchen, great deck and the sandy beach was so key! The dock was great for our ski boat. We cannot say enough nice things about this house.
