Welcome to Pines on the Pond. This spacious home with incredible views is located on Rio Vista Pond, just minutes from downtown McCall. The property includes a private dock to enjoy the included row boat and Kayaks or bring your stand up paddle boards, etc. to enjoy on the pond. Non-motorized boating, fishing and swimming are right outside your back door. Two large decks allow you to dine, enjoy the views and the abundant wildlife around the pond.
Restaurants, shopping, and Payette Lake are within 5 minutes. Ponderosa State Park and McCall golf course are 10 minutes away and Brundage ski resort is a close 20 minute drive.
Relax and enjoy this 6 bedroom, 4 bath home, which features a huge gourmet kitchen, an impressive stone fireplace, and downstairs recreation/game room that includes shuffleboard and large TV. Plenty of space to spread out. Barbecue on the deck or enjoy cocktails at the fire pit or sandy beach and experience a true mountain getaway. Long day? Take a soak in the private hot tub located on the back deck overlooking the pond.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
The Guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
Please respect locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances including those specific to noise levels, occupancy and safety.
DoneRight Management:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
