Step back in time to the classic 70s Lakefront condo on Payette Lake. One of the best lake experiences with stunning views!
The 70s Lakefront condo is your family retreat, situated on Payette Lake just minutes from downtown McCall. Enjoy incredible views of the lake, beach, and mountains from inside or from the patio. The 70s Lakefront condo comes with an assigned boat slip, sandy beach, and access to the boat ramp in Tamarack Bay, making this an ideal location for water enthusiasts!
Tamarack Bay is a quiet area on Payette Lake, is beautifully maintained, and has onsite activities to keep you and your guests busy all day long. Some of the onsite activities are a community pool (typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, and pickleball court, providing plenty of options if you are not out on the lake. On those colder days, guests can cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and unwind (please note: guests must provide their own wood).
Inside the 70s Lakefront condo there are three bedrooms, all featuring a queen size bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked retro kitchen, dining area with plenty of seating, and a comfy living room. Everything is located on one level offering ease of access to all areas of the home.

2 vehicles and 1 trailer allowed. There is 1 carport spot in front of the Condo there is additional open parking adjacent to the building. There is trailer parking for 1 boat on Eastside Dr. adjacent to the entrance.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
TAMARACK BAY HOA RULES AND GUIDELINES: The "10 Commandments"
1. Renters and guests, not accompanied by an owner, must register with the manager immediately upon arrival at Tamarack Bay.
2. No loud or unnecessary noise between 10:00 p.m. & 10:00 a.m.
3. Renters and unaccompanied guests may not bring pets to Tamarack Bay. Owners and their families may bring pets to Tamarack Bay. Owners are expected to take responsibility for their pets and maintain control over them both by voice command and on leashes at all times. No pets are allowed on community grass and beach or at the pool. Pets may be walked off leash in the forest behind the units and in the designated grass area north of building D . Owners must pick up the waste and place it in the dumpster in the sealed plastic bags provided. Pets may be walked to a boat if on leash. Pet owners are expected to assure that their pets do not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of fellow owners by cleaning up after them, by curtailing barking, and by supervising them while outside on the property.
4. Trailers or campers may not be used for occupancy in parking lot areas. If they take up more than one parking space, they must be parked across the road from Tamarack.
5. Snowmobiles, motorbikes, ATVs, etc. may be started in the parking area but must leave the area immediately. Bicycles are not allowed on grassy areas, beaches, or docks. Other than boats kept in designated boat slips, all other property (paddle boards, kayaks, and other water toys) must be placed in the rack provided on the property.
6. Beach fires are limited to fire rings on the state property to the east of the property. No fireworks are permitted on Tamarack Bay property.
7. The pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Adults only from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Children ages 14 and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. No diving! No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the pool area!
8. Observe Coast Guard, State, and local rules when boating. There is a “No-wake zone" inside the buoys (100 feet beyond the docks). Water skiers may take off going straight out from the docks, and may drop off counter-clockwise outside of the no-wake zone. Skiers “twelve and under” may return to the front of the dock in a counterclockwise direction. Beach starts are not allowed (see Coast Guard rules).
9. Tennis courts are for tennis and pickleball play only. Players are allowed one 90-minute reservation at a time. If someone is waiting to use the courts, the players must finish their play in 60 minutes. Non-marking tennis shoes are required.
10. No charcoal or wood-burning grills are allowed on the decks. Glassware is prohibited outside the condos. No inflatable toys or other large objects are to be left on any grassy area in the complex. No towels or clothing are to be hung over the deck rails.
DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities, and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
