Adjacent to the living space, the modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and everything needed for cooking at home. The dining area seats four and opens directly to the private back patio through sliding glass doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The patio includes outdoor seating overlooking the golf course.



Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located nearby for added convenience.
