Also located on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry area for added convenience during your stay.
Upstairs, guests will find the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed and private en suite bathroom. An additional guest bedroom includes both a queen and twin bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

The back deck overlooks a small creek that borders the backyard, creating a relaxing mountain ambiance year-round. The home includes parking for two vehicles directly in front of the garage. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

🐶Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
📄Guest Contract: A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to arrival.
👥Capacity: Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon occupancy listed on the reservation.
🚫Events/Parties: Events and parties are not permitted.
🕰️Check-in/Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
❌Cancellation: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may impact your travel plans.
💥Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay and must report it to management immediately.
🔇Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and be respectful of neighboring properties.
🛋️Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage or missing items found after departure may incur additional charges.
🔧Amenities: Management will make reasonable efforts to repair or restore any in-home amenities that become inoperable during your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Repair times may vary depending on the availability of parts and service providers.
🚭Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or fireworks will result in an automatic $500 charge, plus any additional costs for damages.
🔥BBQs & Fire Pits: Not all homes include BBQs and/or fire pits. Where provided, these are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Guests must follow all fire safety guidelines and are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
🌊Hot Tub: For guest safety and water quality, our licensed hot tub technician may perform brief exterior maintenance during your stay. Please follow all hot tub guidelines. A $150 drain-and-refill fee will be charged if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and cannot be restored through routine servicing after your departure.
🌱Lawn Care, Snow Removal, & Pest Control: To help keep the property well maintained, lawn care, pest control, snow removal, or other routine exterior maintenance may be performed during your stay. Service technicians may briefly access the exterior of the property as needed. We appreciate your understanding as these services help keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable.
🅿️Camper/RV Parking: RV parking requires prior authorization and is subject to a $25 nightly fee.
🛣️Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property. Street-legal vehicles may be operated on public roads where permitted.
🛜Wi-Fi: Many of our cabins are located in rural areas where internet service may occasionally be slow or intermittent. While management makes every effort to ensure Wi-Fi is operational, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed internet service and do not provide refunds for Wi-Fi or internet-related issues.
⛰️Mountain Environment: Management is not responsible for conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to wildfires, smoke, algae blooms, changing lake levels, weather, lack or abundance of snow, rain, mud, ice, power outages, or seasonal conditions. Likewise, while we take reasonable measures to minimize wildlife and pest activity, we cannot guarantee the absence of insects or animals, including mosquitoes, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, or other wildlife. No refunds will be issued for these naturally occurring conditions.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund.
