The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and opens directly to the dining area with seating for six.



Just off the living space is access to the large front deck, offering a peaceful outdoor setting for morning coffee, evening conversations, or simply enjoying the mountain air.



Also on the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer with laundry pods provided are also conveniently located on this level.



Upstairs, the layout offers additional sleeping space and flexibility for families or small groups. One bedroom includes a twin daybed with a twin trundle, while the second upstairs bedroom features a full bed. A half bathroom is also located upstairs.

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. Mile High Marina on Payette Lake is just over a mile out for beach days, swimming, and water sport rentals that add real excitement to a summer afternoon. Golfers will appreciate the two-mile drive to McCall Golf Club for a scenic round among the pines, and when winter arrives, Brundage Mountain Resort is just 11 miles north for outstanding skiing and snowboarding.
