« Our family of 6 spent a weekend there with plans to go hiking in the area. We were near enough to Ash Cave, Old Man's Cave and Lake Hope too. It was perfect for us! The former schoolhouse had lots of touches that appealed to me especially as a retired teacher. Really fun atmosphere. The amenities were just right. Beds and rooms were super comfortable. The outdoor seating with a grill and hot tub on the patio were used a lot on our stay! There was also a fire pit with 6 Adirondack...

« The home was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything seemed new and we had all that we needed. It is in town so traffic can be a little noisy but was to be expected where located. It was very convenient to the things that we wanted to do and worked out great! Our host was sure our stay was perfect.and was very helpful. »

« Wonderful updated house, very comfortable with everything my sister and I needed during our stay. Comfy beds, nice showers, great location. We used the washer, dryer, wi-fi and kitchen appliances but didn't try the TV. Very easy check-in and check-out, fast and clear communication with the host. Would definitely book again. A »

« Everything was as expected. Beds were very comfy. AC worked great ( it was very hot). Only thing I’d add would be some kitchen towels. I didn’t like drying dishes with a paper towel. »

« This was a great location for exploring the Hocking Hills area. Easy access to all of the state park hiking areas. The cabin was at the end of the lane which provided great privacy. The deck and hot tub overlook a clearing and we saw deer hanging out multiple times. WiFi was great. Roku on the TVs kept you connected if you wanted. Kitchen had what we needed for making breakfast (could use a kettle for boiling water for tea). The housekeeping was pristine and the king bed in the main room...

« This cozy house has plenty of rustic charm and quiet nooks combined with all of the modernities needed to get away but still be comfortable. It was the perfect spot - tucked away but a close enough drive to get to antique shops, Oasis coffee, ice cream, and of course, the Hocking Hill trails and various excursion locations. « This is a great place to stay and a very convenient location to visit everything the Hocking hills area has to offer. »

« The living room was cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of only having one small trash bin liner for five people for three days. The beds were a little hard and the shower pressure was a little low. None of these things would prevent me from booking again.
