Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath Single level home is located in quiet, beautiful North McAllen in a desirable cul-de-sac neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees. You’ll love the home’s backyard area with private swimming pool, hot tub and large patio, all within a high brick wall for privacy. This beautiful home is minutes away from awesome restaurants, parks, theaters and sporting events.

All 4 bedrooms have King or Queen beds perfect for adults, families and/or multiple couples traveling together.
The indulgent master bedroom has a 'Purple2' king sized bed, 65" Samsung Smart TV and private access to the pool and a bistro patio area to enjoy your coffee and sweet bread concha every morning. The master en-suite bathroom includes a large vanity with 2 sinks, comfortable walk-in shower and a large jetted bathtub. Plenty of closet and drawer space is available for your clothing and luggage needs.

The second and third bedrooms each have queen sized beds, nightstands and dressers separated by a shared bathroom with large vanity, 2 sinks and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and is located across the hall from its own bathroom complete with walk-in shower.

The home boasts dual living room areas. Both are extra comfy and ready for your group of up to 8 people and your guests. In the main living area, you'll find a plush sectional sofa and two accent chairs under 12 foot ceilings with a beautiful view of the outside patio and pool. It's also close to the dining room with table and chairs for 8; A perfect setting to enjoy a nice visit and a meal.

The second living area features 4 recliners inside a sofa and a love seat, 75" Samsung TV, desk and lots of natural light.

Fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker and lots of granite counter space. Double Oven includes Air Fryer and Convection Oven built in. Breakfast nook has a table and 4 chairs plus 2 bar stools, ideal for gathering around while meals are being made.

Our favorite place is the private backyard patio and pool area. Settle in for conversation or naps on the outdoor lounge furniture, float, swim or play basketball and volleyball in the 15,000 gallon pool and let the 100 degree hot tub jets melt all your stress away. Watch the big game or a movie on the outdoor 65" Samsung Smart TV in the patio while enjoying the meal you've prepared on the propane BBQ grill. It's an outdoor paradise for your entire family!

Fantastic Stay — Even Better Than the ListingWe had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to future travelers.The location is excellent, situated in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It felt peaceful and safe, yet it’s still very convenient—there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and other essentials within a 5–15 minute drive, which made getting around very easy.Check-in was extremely smooth, and everything was well organized from the start. Communication with the owners/property managers was also excellent throughout the stay—they were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.One of the best surprises was that the house is actually better than the photos in the listing. It’s a beautiful and very functional space with comfortable beds and plenty of room for groups to spend quality time together. Our group ended up spending more time at the house than we expected because it was such a great place to relax and hang out.The TVs and WiFi worked perfectly, which was great for entertainment and staying connected.The kitchen deserves special mention—it’s truly top-notch. All the utensils and appliances looked new, clean, and fully functional, making it a fantastic place to cook and enjoy meals together.Overall, this was a great home for a group stay, and we would happily book it

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Very amble space, functional, comfortable and ever so lovely. The pool was perfect to relax and have that vacation feel. Maria and Bill are the hosts are were extremely helpful, resourceful and responsive. We love to cook and this house is perfect for it. Nice and quiet

My daughter played at the Intl. Softball WS. So we were at the fields all day for several days. The house was a great getaway to come back to recharge. The neighborhood was super quiet, the AC was nice and cold, and the pool was perfect. Owners were quick to respond when I reported that ceiling fans needed to be replaced in master bedroom and guest room. Also the heat pump in the outside spa needed to be replaced. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Amazing Oasis

This property is a very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. The house is laid out extremely well and allowed for great family interaction. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, everything. The nicely landscaped back patio and pool were a wonderful reprieve from the south Texas heat. The hosts were very attentive and checked in on is to make sure we had all we needed. We will definately stay here on our next visit to McAllen if it is available. It was perfect for us in every way.

5 stars – Perfect Home Away from Home!

This beautiful home was the perfect place to return to after long days of hard work. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved the pool and hot tub — such a treat! There’s plenty of space for everyone to either unwind on their own or gather and socialize. All the rooms are private and very comfortable. The host was incredible — responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Instructions for things like the hot tub were easy to find and follow, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful and welcoming! There was a storm during our stay and debris fell into the pool. I messaged the host the next day to see if we can get the pool cleaned, and she had already called someone to come out.

This place is amazing, I stayed with my two young grandchildren and my niece and nephews, all ranging in age from 1 to 15. The pool area was perfect for us, the indoor area good not have been nicer. I am hoping to stay here the next time we come down! Thank you.

Very nice property! Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our extended-family stay immensely. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining area was great. Rooms were nice and comfortable. We ate several meals at the property. Lots of dining areas to choose from! Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything needed. Most of our questions were covered in the book provided at the property. We had a couple questions and owners were very gracious and quick to respond.

Family vacation

Overall a wonderful stay. This home had everything we needed to cook, grill and coffee breaks. The home book answers all the questions one might have. We used the guide for grocery and restaurants near by. The home is spacious, well organzied and clean. We would reccomend a large family stay here. Also, our host Maria answered questiom when meeded. Definitely does an amaIng job of making it easy to relax clean.

60th Birthday Bird Watching Trip

Five friends gathering to celebrate a 60th birthday with a long weekend of bird watching and relaxing together. This home in McAllen was perfect for our needs. We felt like we were staying in a home and not a rental property. The location in McAllen was central to many of the birding sites within the World Birding Center. We enjoyed being on a quiet residential street that still gave us easy access to the major highways we needed to use. The layout of the house was perfect with the master suite at the end of the hallway to the left as we came in the front door. The other end of that hallway had two more bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds and a hallway bathroom that was accessible from one bedroom and around the corner from the other. The fourth bedroom with its bath was located on the opposite side of the house. With two living areas, we had plenty of space to spread out. We gathered for meals around the big dining room table and also used it for playing board games. The hot tub was nice and we used it a couple of nights. Be aware that it takes several hours for it to fully heat up and plan accordingly. The kitchen was better equipped that many home kitchens. There was nothing we looked for and failed to find. The entire house was fully stocked and the only thing we sought and couldn’t find was a fly swatter. The house does have Nest thermostats and we never could figure out how to adjust them. Likely user error but some instructions might be helpful

Good for family gatherings

We celebrated an early Christmas here. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and basics. The home was decorated for Christmas which was very nice. The house is roomy with lots of seating areas and is close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for our situation.

This home is large, airy, well furnished, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is well outfitted and the kitchen stocked with all you could ever need. The best part is the pool. A tropical paradise. Maria is wonderful and communicative. The home is close to shopping, dining, the airport, movie theaters, and more. We would definitely return.
