If you arrive between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, we will gladly welcome you in person at the property. For arrivals outside these hours, we will send you instructions in advance for an easy and secure self check-in.

Getting around the area is very easy. You can use taxi and ride-hailing services, as well as public transportation along the main avenues. If you are traveling by car, you will have easy access to major shopping areas, restaurants, beaches, and tourist attractions.

Dear guest, please note that once you have made your reservation, we will send you a pre-registration link. You will be asked to provide a photo of your ID and a selfie, register the names of all guests staying at the property, and—as a final step—digitally sign the house rules. This is a crucial process that ensures a secure stay; the registration must be completed before your arrival in order to receive access instructions.
