~Trash: Take it out like it’s your ex. —directions in the app.
~Pool: Open daily. Swim. Float. Repeat. Just no glass or giant unicorn floats, please.
~Noise: Quiet hours are 10pm–9am. Not just for rules—your karma, too.

🐾 Yes, pets are welcome! But please note: the primary guest is fully responsible for keeping them on a leash at all times outside of the rental unit, for picking up any poop, cleaning any pee, and covering the cost of any damage caused by furry (or scaly) companions. Be a good human — your pet can’t clean up after themselves, but you can.
~We’re chill, but the HOA? Not so much.
-Violations will result in a “minimum” of $1,000.00MXN fine or more at the discretion of the association and/or Owner.

How to Get In Without Climbing a Fence

🚪 MAIN GATE ACCESS – Operation: Get Inside
When you roll up to the Azul Pacífico residential complex, don’t panic — this isn’t a spy movie, but you will be pressing buttons and talking to someone like a secret agent.

Pull into the VISITOR lane like the VIP you are.

Put your ID into the black mystery box (yes, really).

Press 7777# and wait for security to answer.

Now, channel your most polite voice and say:
🎙️ “Hi! I’m an Airbnb guest checking into 1790 Calle Azul Aquamarina!”

They’ll work their magic and open the gate for you.
BOOM! You’re in. 🕺

➡️ During your stay, you’ll use the white gate card (found inside the apartment) to come and go like a local.

🏡 Finding the Apartment
Cruise on up the road inside the complex. On the right side, look for the building with “1790” on the stairwell. You can’t miss it — it’s the one not across from the pool (because the pool is across the street). 😎💦

🔑 PROPERTY DOOR – The Final Boss
Your 4-digit secret code will be unlocked (see what we did there?) in the Guest Experience App after 8:00 AM on your check-in day.

To enter like a pro:

Tap the “Home” logo (bottom-left of keypad).

Enter your 4-digit code.

Wait for the lock to do its mechanical cha-cha.

When it stops humming — go in!

To lock the door when leaving:
