The space
The condo is located on the 3rd floor
with full access to the entire place,
we make ourselves available 24/7 for
any questions or suggestions on
places to visit or popular food
locations, the condo is modern, cozy
and comfortable, we want our guests
to have a great experience and pride
ourselves on the cleaniness of the
condo and the great location (Golden
Zone).
Guest access
As a quest you have access to the
entire condo. The roof garden and
the parking garage are the only
shared locations.
Since the condo is in a great location
you can walk across the street to
everything beach,stores, restaurants
and bars... and have access to all
types of transportation since it's on
the malecón!
Other things to note
1.) There is NO ELEVATOR in our
building…be ready to get your
workout going up and down daily.
2.) If you have a larger group, we also
have other condos on the same floor
that can be rented to accommodate
more quests.
