Enjoy the experience of staying in one of the most iconic properties in Mazatlan. The loft preserves the essence of an historical building and has modern touches that make it feel like a unique experience.

Located just one block from the beach and immersed right at the historic district of Mazatlán, just take few steps and you will find cafes, restaurants, the boardwalk and many more attractions!



The Space:

The loft has 2 bedrooms (one on the top floor), 2 bathrooms, a double sofa bed in the room, an equipped kitchen, air conditioners, Wi-Fi/smart TV, a pool in the common area, and a parking space.



Guest Access:

Pool in the common area and parking.

We put at your disposal chairs and umbrellas for the beach. You just have to request them with the parking guard.



The Neighborhood:

The loft is located in the heart of Mazatlan, Centro Histórico is the oldest neighborhood in town. You will fall in love with its colorful buildings and narrow streets.

Lots of fine dining, cafés, clubs, museums, theaters, classical and popular music are available in town, not only in the historic center, but up and down the adjacent beach areas. The local dining options are rich and flavorful… and very inexpensive.Everything is walking distance.



Getting Around:

Centro Histórico is a neighborhood where you can do everything on foot. We recommend you explore its picturesque streets on foot so that you can enjoy them better.

The beach is just a few steps away. You can also walk.



Other Things to Note:

The loft is inside an old house in the center of Mazatlan, it has a spectacular decoration and a very good size, it has a pool shared by 3 apartments and there is Wi-Fi with 50mg in the loft and in the pool.



Because it is located in the historic center, there may be some noise at times.
