« This was a beautiful home- close to the ark adventure which was our reason for the visit. Well stocked with anything you needed and beautifully decorated. We were a group of 8 couples and there was plenty of space. Communication with Kate was so easy. Would definitely stay again when in that area! »

« The house was clean and had the basics. I would say the only negative was the location. It's not close to anything. If you want peace and quiet its here. The neighboring properties need to clean up their trash but the rental property can't control that. »

« The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The only concern was checking in. The lockbox was malfunctioning. We had six adults and all tried but could not get the door to open. This must have been a problem in the past as the directions gave instructions on what to do if you could not get the lockbox open. Otherwise, great place to stay. Train ran behind the property but it did not bother us. »

« The house and farm are beautiful! Everything is neat and clean; and beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. And Julia is the absolute best host! Great communication; Fully stocked refrigerator and pantry, including homemade chocolate chip cookies and so many other “extras”!! Even helped arrange a last minute awesome tour at a local stallion farm on Derby weekend. The best VRBO stay ever! »

We reached out to the owner a few times and he was prompt with communications and actually came over to fix a wobbly stair railing. « Nice, clean place. Comfortable and private. It was a little out of the way from Red River Gorge - about 25 minute drive. It was great for the three of us, not sure I’d want to try and add a 4th. The kids loved the pac man game!! »
