De plus, our devions avoir une bouteille de vin ( privilège Silver), mais on ne l’a jamais eu. Contrairement à Airbnb, il n’y a aucune fourniture de base comme huile, sel-poivre, etc. »

During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
