« Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. « It was my first visit to Fazlani . I would really like to thank the team for their courteous and warm behavior throughout the duration of our stay. The property is well maintained and takes us close to open surrounding with its vast open spaces. My kid really enjoyed all the activities such as horse riding, animal parade, cycling to name a few. Thank you! »

For a premium hotel that is not really encouraging. And I was the only guest with a car. Earlier it was allowed to park inside. This is my first hotel which has check out by 10 am. Rather unusual. »

« A resort with 16 room, food was awesome. Neat & well maintained. Pros : Food, game zone, clean pool 7 to 7, Adequate space in room. Cons : Non-flexibile in terms of extention & food ordering time. Less option as compared to what mentioned in the menu for food under Alacarte. »
