« This is a property where people live. While they do have people that come and go, you can see that people live there. Housekeeping is every two weeks. There is no ice machine and no real amenities for eating there. There is a coffee machine and a toaster and a refrigerator. While this is a non-smoking property, there is a smell of marijuana at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Just be aware that it is not a typical hotel. »

« Room smelled horrible. The sofas looked so nasty and just hideous thus not even a thought sitting on them. The bed sheets were also nasty with visible disgusting stains on them. Even the additional blanket on top of closet had disgusting stains. We asked them to replace the sheets, and just based on the immediate attitude of personnel was obvious they were not going to do anything about it. They said they would, but with an undertone that it was evident it was just a response to make us go...

« Great place to stay if you are seeing a show at red rocks they provide shuttle only 15 min Away and the town of Golden is great spot awesome restaurants and brewery’s. The Eddy continental breakfast was delicious and the restaurant on site had awesome drinks and food we loved our stay at the Eddy »
