Please note some areas of the woodland do not have public access, please do not enter these areas as they are wildlife sensitive and there may be tree works being carried out.

Wifi can occasionally be intermittent due to the woodland setting

Health and Safety information and house manual at the property must be adhered to, a copy is available on request, this is a condition of booking. In the event of high winds, storms or risk of forest fire we may cancel your stay due to health and safety. A refund or alternative dates will be offered.
