« The resort is a perfect getaway for city dwellers. The resort nestles amidst the majestic middle Himalayas in the village of Saboo. The location is about 10km (15 minutes drive on a normal day) from the Kushok Bakula Rinpoche airport The cottages are well appointed, with lovely views from the verandah. There is a quaint little bridge with a water stream underneath too. The staff is very friendly and go out of the way to be helpful to guests. We needed our breakfast ready 30 minutes before time...

« Wonderful location! Peaceful and quiet while still within walking distance to town.
The manager, Mr. Anthony, was always welcoming and willing to assist, give advice, or just have a friendly chat. The rooms were clean and very high standard - overall recommended. »
« I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old.
The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good.
