WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF MOVIE THEATER
Guests agree to operate all movie theater equipment with care, adhering to provided instructions and not tampering with the system setup. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the equipment, theater furnishings, or property caused during use.
The guests further agree to supervise any minors using the movie theater, ensuring a safe viewing environment.
By using the movie theater, guests acknowledge and accept any risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risk of hearing damage from high volume levels. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of any injury or damage that may result. By engaging with the movie theater, guests agree to release the host and property owner from any claims or liabilities arising from its use.
Additionally, leaving the movie theater in a state of excessive untidiness or with substantial waste will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300 to restore the theater to its pristine condition.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF SAUNA
Guests agree to use the sauna in accordance with any safety guidelines provided, recognizing the risks associated with high temperatures and steam.
It is agreed that guests will not introduce any external substances like oils or lotions into the sauna that could create a fire hazard or damage the sauna.
No food or glass items are permitted in the sauna. Misuse or damage will incur a repair or cleaning fee determined by the extent of the damage.
Guests understand the health risks associated with sauna use, especially for those with pre-existing health conditions, and agree to use the sauna at their own risk. By using the sauna, guests release the host and property owner from any responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from sauna use.
Furthermore, leaving the sauna in a state of excessive untidiness or with significant waste will result in an additional cleaning fee of $300 to ensure the sauna is properly cleaned and maintained for future guests.
In all instances, guests are reminded to use these amenities responsibly and with consideration for their safety and the integrity of the property. Enjoyment of these features is at the guests' discretion, and they should ensure they are physically and medically fit for such activities.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB
Guests agree to exercise caution and responsibility when using the hot tub located on the premises. They are liable for any damages to the hot tub or property resulting from misuse.
Before entering the hot tub, guests must shower and clean their feet to maintain hygiene. The use of oils, bubble baths, soaps, or other substances in the hot tub is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and maintain water quality.
Glass items are not allowed near or in the hot tub to avoid accidents. Should substances or items requiring additional cleaning be found in the hot tub, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged. Damage to the hot tub cover, such as from sitting or standing on it, will result in a $500 charge. The cover should be kept on the hot tub when not in use to ensure safety and cleanliness.
By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge the potential risks, including but not limited to injury or accidents, and agree to release the host and property owner from any claims, liabilities, or losses related to the hot tub use. This agreement includes adherence to all house rules regarding the hot tub, accepting all risks of injury, death, or property damage, whether from negligence or otherwise.
