« I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. « Le personnel est exceptionnel, ils font tout pour nous aider. Nous ne parlons que le français et prennent le temps d’échanger avec Google traduction. « My stay at byke was awesome.... »

« Staff helpfulness dinner and breakfast were all good. Room was not that clean. Stains and dust was on the floor and furniture. Washroom was ok ok not up to that level. »

« Worst house keeping , no one comes even after calling again n again to clean the room , towels are stinking, After spending huge of of money to relax . U don't get hot water in tap , Bad experience ever , I would never recommend any one to stay here... »
