« Rooms were clean & surroundings were also clean. Only the mattress on the the swings outside were not clean. »

« I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. It is just an amazing fun to sit in the morning or in the evening at the swing and listen to the birds chirping. Even if you don’t stay here, you should come here to eat the lunch or...

« Le personnel est exceptionnel, ils font tout pour nous aider. Nous ne parlons que le français et prennent le temps d’échanger avec Google traduction. Côté nourriture, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un plat moins épicé, et ça manque de fruits pour les desserts, Le calme du village sans Klaxon, en pleine nature est très appréciable et ça rend cet endroit magique. « My stay at byke was awesome.... »

« Staff helpfulness dinner and breakfast were all good. Room was not that clean. Stains and dust was on the floor and furniture. Washroom was ok ok not up to that level. »

« Worst house keeping , no one comes even after calling again n again to clean the room , towels are stinking, After spending huge of of money to relax . U don't get hot water in tap , Bad experience ever , I would never recommend any one to stay here... »

« Amazing hotel and incredibly cheap price. My room was palatial. Best buffet breakfast and dinner I've had in ages. I can highly recommend this hotel. »

« The staff were not helpful at all, reception doesn't pick calls because the reported number on expedia was wrong. There are charges not included in Expedia and was asked to pay upfront despite showing the booking details. The premium rooms are smaller than the executive despite being higher in price for some reason. There’s no shuttle service provided or nothing closer to find by for commuting to railway or airport. »

« Hôtel agréable, chambre confortable Bcp de choix dans le buffet du petit déjeuner »
