« This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr. »

« Excellent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Bathrooms are very nice with shower and bath tub. The staff are really fabulous. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice. »

« Started badly as not met at airport. We didn’t seem to be expected on arrival. Given one of the newer lodges. Had to ask for air con to be fixed. Door lock difficult to operate. Had to ask for tea and coffee facilities. Shower freezing cold and flooded room. Had to pay taxi driver for airport drop off when transfers were included. I had stayed at this lodge last year and the annoying issues still remain. I had tried to make contact with the property in advance of the trip regarding booking...

« Very well managed and clean property with very hospitable staff. MC was particularly very attentive to our dietary restrictions and the chef was kind enough to make us special food. We are very grateful to everybody, thank you so much! »
