Villa Pilar, with pool and sea views

VILLA PILAR - NERANO AREA
Located in the Bay of Nerano, just 20 minutes drive from Sorrento centre, Villa Pilar is a three-storey villa, completely renovated in 2018, able to accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is within walking distance to the nearest beach of Marina del Cantone in the Sorrento region. The area features a Natural Marine Reserve, adventurous hiking with spectacular coastal views. It boasts sea views from its rooftop solarium, and has a private swimming pool.

On the ground floor, we have a very large and bright living area with access to the large terrace in front, via large doors, decorated with designer furniture, corners sofas, electronic Yamaha piano, a hand-made dining table large enough for 18 guests, designer lighting, Bose stereo system, and a 55 inch HD TV. The new kitchen can be accessed directly from the living room and dining area and is equipped with stainless steel countertops, stove and oven. Adjacent to the living room, we find a guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a newly built elevator that connects the three levels of the villa. Next to the elevator there are stairs. There is another bathroom with toilet and sink only that is reserved for the staff of the villa.

On the first floor, we find a double bedroom with direct access to the large terrace equipped with sea view Teuco Jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom with shower and mini fridge; another bedroom with double round bed, mini bar, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and terrace with Teuco tub. Connected to this room, there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and large garden-side terrace. The fourth double bedroom on this first floor has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a living room that opens onto a terrace with wood burning oven, barbecue, stove and sink.

On the third floor, we find a further four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, mini fridge and windows facing the sea. The other two bedrooms are garden side; one of them is a double bedroom and the other has two large single beds which can be joined together to form a double. They also have en-suite bathrooms with shower and mini fridges. All the beds have memory foam mattresses and TVs with satellite, SKY and USB ports.

The outside area offers, amongst the many terraces with sea views, a large main terrace at the side with big table and outdoor kitchen area, perfect for al-fresco dining; the private pool area is just above, accessed either via a spiral metal staircase or from the side via a stone staircase, and it’s equipped with outdoor shower and glass fence just in front. Above the pool area, there is a very large sea view terrace equipped with sun lounges and swings.
