  • Villa Mimosa is a traditional farmhouse with a charming rustic architecture combined with contemporary comforts. Divided into two separated settings within the Mediterranean garden, the properties feature a unique sense of privacy with a blend of country design furniture in the living spaces, modern en-suite bedrooms with every comfort and two fully equipped kitchens. The interiors open out onto a beautiful patio and terraces with lounging furniture and a dining table for romantic candlelight dinners. The garden leads to an extended sunbathing relaxation area with awe-inspiring panoramas, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
    Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

    Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
    In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
    Check-out time is 10 am. 
    Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

    TOURIST TAX

    Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.

The place is wonderful. The only downfall is it is far from anything. So you must use private transfers to get anywhere. We loved the house though

A little oasis

This is an ideal property for a large group stay on the Amalfi Coast. It is spacious and comfortable for a couple of families, and the pool is a welcome respite from the summer heat. The road to the house is typically narrow but manageable and the shortcut down the hill to the nearby village gives you walking access to cafes, restaurants and a little supermarket. Would definitely recommend as a base for the Amalfi Coast.

Wonderful!

This property is beautiful with amazing views from the bedrooms in the main house. The owner lives next door and available to answer questions. We used the Feeling Italy concierge service for arranging a private boat to Capri, a tour of Amalfi Coast, transfers to and from Naples, and had a private chef one evening. Everything was perfectly organized. We did not have a car which would have been handy for trips into Sorrento or the store. Excellent place to stay with large family! We enjoyed our time at Villa Mimosa and would highly recommend!

The villa was excellent with very comfortable rooms, impeccable grounds and an amazing view. We especially loved the lemon grove on the grounds of the villa. The check in process and villa host service leaves a lot to be desired. Our group of nine had to navigate getting to the villa from the main road on foot. No one was there to greet/meet us as was initially mentioned. Then, we had to wait outside the locked gate for several minutes before someone came to let us in. We were hurriedly shown the rooms in the villa; we were not given an instructions on how to use the household amenities. There was no follow up to see how we were doing or assistance except when solicited. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the location. We learned of a shortcut to the shops nearby from one of the friendly shopkeepers close to the villa and we used it often during our stay.

Beautiful and Clean

We recently returned from a stay at Villa Mimosa and enjoyed every minute. The property was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of tiny ants in the yard, but that should be expected. Nothing to worry about and they didn’t bother me. The only warning is the drive into the property, you need a very small car. We had a medium size, Alfa Romeo Guiletta and it made it but anything bigger wouldn’t fit. Overall we loved our time there and would highly recommend it.
