Surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean greenery, the property offers approximately 300 m² of indoor accommodation arranged over three floors. Its generous communal spaces and private bedrooms make it ideal for extended families, groups of friends and guests seeking an authentic Italian escape. Unlike many large countryside villas, Villa Amiela is not isolated: Ristorante Da Cardillo is approximately 1 km away and a supermarket is about 1.5 km away.

OUTDOOR SPACES – POOL, GARDENS AND PANORAMIC TERRACES

The private swimming pool measures approximately 8 × 4 metres, with a depth of around 1.8 metres, and is open from April to October. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby. The surrounding Mediterranean gardens feature olive trees, fruit trees, flowers and greenery, creating a peaceful setting for relaxation.

Spacious panoramic terraces offer lovely views towards the Gulf of Naples. Outdoor seating and dining areas provide plenty of room for breakfasts in the sunshine, leisurely lunches, evening drinks and dinners under the stars. The property also offers a barbecue area and private parking for up to three cars.

A traditional outdoor pizza oven is another distinctive feature. Authentic Neapolitan pizza evenings can be organised with the villa’s designated pizzaiolo. The oven cannot be operated independently by guests and may only be used in the presence of the designated pizzaiolo. These experiences are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance, preferably several days before arrival, subject to availability.

The ground floor is the heart of the villa, with a spacious living and dining room opening directly onto the main terrace and outdoor areas. Its outstanding feature is the large professional kitchen, originally designed for restaurant use. Much more extensive than a typical holiday-home kitchen, it is especially appealing to guests who enjoy preparing meals together and exploring Italian cuisine.

Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils. A separate laundry room can be accessed from the terrace.

Bedroom 6: Queen-size double bed, air conditioning, television, kettle, mini-fridge and private en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. This bedroom has direct access to a private panoramic sea-view terrace furnished with sun loungers, a table and chairs.

The floor also has a private living area, kitchenette and dining table for four.

CULINARY EXPERIENCES AND PRIVATE WELLNESS ACTIVITIES

Villa Amiela is particularly appealing to food lovers thanks to its exceptional professional kitchen, traditional pizza oven and generous indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Private Italian cooking classes, culinary experiences featuring local ingredients and authentic Neapolitan pizza evenings can be arranged exclusively through the villa’s authorised team.

The gardens and terraces also provide a beautiful setting for private yoga sessions, relaxation and wellness activities. Such experiences must be arranged in advance, are subject to prior approval and are reserved exclusively for registered guests staying at Villa Amiela. External participants, public events and gatherings involving non-residents are not permitted.

External chefs, private cooks and catering professionals are not allowed to operate at the property. Any professionally hosted cooking classes or culinary services must be organised through the villa’s authorised team. Guests may use the professional kitchen themselves, subject to these regulations.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS – ONLY UPON ADVANCE CONFIRMATION

The standard rental accommodates a maximum of 12 guests in six bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Upon advance request, up to two additional guests may stay in a seventh bedroom that is not included in the standard rental configuration. An extra charge of €150 per additional person per night applies. The seventh bedroom is available only following prior arrangement and explicit confirmation from the property.

KITCHEN, PIZZA OVEN AND PRIVATE ACTIVITY RULES

The professional kitchen is available for guests staying at the villa, but external chefs, private cooks and catering professionals are not permitted to work on the premises. Professionally hosted culinary experiences must be organised through the villa’s authorised team. The outdoor pizza oven may only be operated in the presence of the villa’s designated pizzaiolo; guests cannot use it independently. Please request pizza evenings several days in advance, preferably before arrival.

Cooking classes, yoga sessions and wellness activities are permitted only for registered guests staying at Villa Amiela and require prior approval. External participants, public events and gatherings with non-resident visitors are not allowed.
