Torre del Saraceno is a beautiful property located in the small but charming village of Santa Maria dell’Annunziata.
Once the historic center of Massa Lubrense, the hamlet of Annunziata is today one of the most characteristic villages of the municipality: a handful of houses, with typical vaulted roofs, about 200 meters above sea level, perched between the Aragonese Castle and the ancient Cathedral.
The view from the castle is among the most evocative of the Sorrento Peninsula: at a glance you can admire the Gulf of Naples, the hills of the Desert, the Tore and the island of Capri that you can almost touch with your hand.
Furthermore Sorrento is 10 km away, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Naples and the Amalfi coast are also within reasonable distance.
The villa is spread over 4 floors and also offers a lovely garden where you can also relax in the Jacuzzi.

At the entrance to welcome us is a spacious living room where we find a fireplace, TV and DVD player and internet access.
On the lower floor, however, a carefully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Going up to the first floor there is a double bedroom with satellite TV and private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower.
And again a second double bedroom also with TV and its own bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower.

On the second floor there is an enchanting terrace equipped with sofas and a table and a comfortable outdoor shower.

The view from here is simply amazing.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
A cash refundable deposit of € 400 must be provided upon arrival, the money will be returned at check-out time, after verifying the absence of any damage.
