« We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island. »

« Our stay started with check-in across the street and the girl who checked us in was so sweet and check-in was fast! She was soft spoken, yet helpful, and even walked us over to show us our room. The room was average size, clean. I could tell the owner/management takes pride in this inn because we immediately noticed everything was freshly painted, even the cement parking barriers had a fresh coat on them!
