The flat is on the first floor of a 3-storey building, within the 'Antigua' residence. It is located in Fondachello di Mascali (Catania), about 30 metres from the beautiful beaches of Fondachello, in a quiet, refined area with little traffic. Restaurants, Pizzerias, Supermarkets, Pubs, Coffee shops and Shops, are all outside the residence and reachable in a few minutes on foot.

The residence is surrounded by a large communal garden with a swimming pool, children's playground, bowling green and entertainment corner, which are often organised in the summer. The swimming pool is always and exclusively accessible from the last Sunday of June until the first Sunday of September.
