« The house is very clean and has a lot of space. The bathrooms are large, and the mattresses are very comfortable. I really loved the house overall.
However, there were a few issues. The listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but it did not specify that there is an extra $10 per day fee to use them. Also, on the day of check-out, there was no water in the house because the tank was empty. The host did offer some alternatives, but it was still very inconvenient.
Overall, it’s a great place, but...

« I am so grateful for to have found this spot. The host were very warming and nice. I was looking for a place to stay last minute due to another property faild to come thru. I was looking for a place around 1am in Nicaragua. I thought to myself it’s 1am, and we may have to wait to the morning or next day to get a response. « The house, setting and amenities were beautiful and extremely enjoyable for a 3 day 5 family vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the abundance of table space and comfortable seating indoors and out were conducive to very enjoyable meals and time spent together. Our hosts were very kind, responsive and helped ensure a delightful stay. They also aided us in securing the assistance of a very able cool and assistant for our time at the residence. »

« This home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year. »
