Villa Iole is a large, simple and cozy Mediterranean-style vacation villa , with a large garden and as many as 8 beds, for rent in Campomarino di Maruggio, just 150 meters from the beaches.
The villa is equipped with all the most modern accessories: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet and smart TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mosquito nets on the windows, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, ceiling fans etc.
In the spacious garden there is a barbecue, outdoor shower, parking space and service bathroom. Pets are allowed.

Villa Iole is fully fenced, stands on a private lane from which you can easily reach the beach. The space in the garden allows cars to be parked on the property.
In addition to flowerbeds with trees and hedges, the garden also has deck chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor bathroom with laundry, an outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the sea, and two large verandas raised a few steps, ideal for outdoor dining, dining, and relaxing.
Both the front and back verandas lead into the villa`s interior, where the rooms are airy and cozy, furnished with simplicity.
There is a living room with a kitchenette and dining room, a hallway, 3 bedrooms , one of which is a double and 2 triples with double + single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Complete the interior 1 bathroom with a shower stall.

Villa Iole is located in Campomarino di Maruggio, in the locality near Torre Ovo, along the coast of Taranto`s Ionian arch where the sea is crystal blue and the beaches are of soft, golden sand, with stretches drawn by gentle, accessible rock outcrops.

Campomarino di Maruggio is one of the best-equipped coastal resorts on this stretch of coast, just 3 km from Maruggio, a small village characterized by a charming historic center. The town has been listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The proximity to Manduria, only 15 km away, allows easy food and wine excursions in the Primitivo DOC wine production area.
The area is bordered by the Campomarino Dunes Nature Reserve and Mediterranean scrubland, where you can enjoy the views of spectacular sunsets. The resort has a modern marina, a wide range of restaurants and road connections to be able to reach many nearby places of interest.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is external.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
