Villa Minerva is a villa with a large garden for vacation just 300 meters from the beach in Campomarino di Maruggio, on the Ionian Sea.
The villa sleeps up to 9 and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, mosquito nets, TV, hair dryer, electric oven, outdoor shower, and ample parking.

Villa Minerva has two entrance gates to the large garden, in which there are up to 4 parking spaces.
The villa has a small pine forest for relaxing in the cool air and a spacious shaded patio where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The living area of Villa Minerva consists of living room with TV area, sofas including 1 double sofa bed, kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms including 2 doubles and 1 triple. Present is the second bathroom complete with shower.

Villa Minerva is a vacation villa located just 300 meters from the beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio, a lively seaside resort where all the main services are present.
The center of the seaside resort is within walking distance. The beaches of Campomarino are characterized by dunes covered with Mediterranean scrub, golden sand, transparent blue sea and, in some stretches, small rocks outcropping.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 6pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 10 am to 12pm). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
