Villa Belvedere Relais is an exclusive villa with swimming pool and Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, in a scenic area, just 4 km from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast of Taranto.
New and modern, the large villa is perfect to accommodate groups of up to 11 people, on vacation in Puglia in the area of Maruggio.

Villa Belvedere Relais is a spacious villa with fully fenced outdoor spaces, manicured greenery and parking inside the property. The villa is elevated by a few steps.
The area around the pool and outdoor hot tub is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, chairs and outdoor seating area equipped with sofas for relaxation.
A sliding glass window introduces to the villa`s interior, in a large open space dedicated to the living area, in which there are the modern well-equipped industrial kitchen, dining room, corner sofa with TV.
From the living room there is access to all rooms of Villa Belvedere Relais.
There is a spacious air-conditioned fitness and wellness room with a gym, sauna and a full bathroom with of spacious shower stall. The laundry room is equipped with 2 washing machines, full bathroom with two sinks and shower stall.
From the living room you reach the bedrooms. The first is 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + double sofa bed, with air conditioning and TV, next to 1 shower room.
Opposite the quadruple room are 1 twin room with single beds, and 1 double room, both with air conditioning and TV.
Next to the kitchen, in the living room, convenient stairs lead to the second floor where there are 1 triple room with double bed + single bed, TV and air conditioner, 1 full shower room and a small terrace.

Big, modern, cozy and with everything you need to spend a luxury vacation in Puglia. All this is Villa Belvedere Relais located in the territory of Maruggio, in the province of Taranto, but very close to Salento.
Maruggio is a small town in which all the main services are present. The beaches of the Maruggio coastline such as Campomarino and Monaco Mirante are 5 minutes away by car.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
