« I asked for a call back from corporate.
I was told I would be contacted 24 hours later and never was I submitted photos of a bed that had blood on it.
I complained that the person at the front desk never even asked me for identification, and I had to tell her she needed to give it to me. She did not even take a credit card.
I complained to management the next day
The telephone in the room did not work
The person above me for 9 straight hours was jump, jumping and running across the room.

« The property was well lit and clean. The service and property employees were helpful and I felt heard and seen. They answered all question I had. They are very friendly and wonderfully informative. The breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of breakfast. They had the best eggs I have ever had in a hotel. I would definetly recommend this hotel. »
