It features a double bedroom, a flexible second room that can be arranged with separate beds or a double bed plus a single, and a living room with a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, making it ideal for longer stays. A washing machine is also available. The apartment is air-conditioned (two units) to ensure comfort during the summer months, and the bathroom has been recently renovated.
