The true gem of the outdoor area is the private pool ( heated upon request), nestled in the greenery and surrounded by a comfortable sun deck equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Shaded areas and verandas furnished with tables and chairs allow you to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors and relax in the shade while admiring a breathtaking view of the expanse of olive trees that gently slopes down toward the sea.
 
There is also a picturesque wood-fired oven for baking bread, making pizzas, and grilling outdoors.
The interior spaces have been renovated in full respect of Apulian architectural tradition, highlighting the exposed stone and whitewashed arches while using high-quality finishes.
The cozy and bright living area, featuring exposed stone, is furnished with understated and refined taste and includes a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms—4 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed—all elegant suites distributed between the farmhouse and the ancient trulli, each equipped with an en suite bathroom complete with a shower.

The property’s location is ideal for those wishing to explore the wonders of central Puglia: just a few minutes’ drive away are the whitewashed, flower-filled alleys of Locorotondo ( only 17 minutes away), known for its cummerse and white wine cellars, and the world capital of trulli, Alberobello ( 26 minutes), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The elegant Baroque center of Martina Franca, famous for its stately palaces, cultural festivals, and D.O.P. capocollo, is also worth a visit. The “White City,” Ostuni, is just 27 minutes away.
For beach lovers, the Adriatic coast and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve are just 25 minutes away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
