« This had to be one of the best stays in Waco. It was super easy to find and conveniently located to the downtown area. It was super clean and very comfortable. Now lets talk about this VIEW.....WOW WHAT A VIEW we could see everything...even the Baylor Stadium. Everything lit up at night was AMAZING!!! A few things need to be updated on the inside (the beds are cheap metal beds, not bed frames, so the comfort level is minimal; the shower was hard to work; the toilet got caught of the flusher and we had to fix; very little space in bathroom to get ready if you have girls). It was nice to have a covered free parking spot as we were coming and going. « The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The check in process was clear and easy, and the hosts responded to questions about our stay immediately every time. It was very clean as well. It's on the more spartan side - no frills and the kitchen could have used some more things (like spoons) - but it is a good value for a group.
