"Arrived and the lady at the desk was annoyed I was even there. Got to the room and it was 81 degrees in there and smelt so musty. Went to turn on a/c and was caked in dust. Floors were visibly filthy, toilet seat cracked and a dirty hand towel was hanging next to the sink."

"When looking at the pictures provided by the hotel it looks like a nice clean facility. However when you go to check into your room it tells a different story.
