« Awesome property, great place, with excellent service »

« The host was available for questions and concerns. The size and space of the home was great for our group. However, the home needs a deep clean and several updates/repairs. The dining room chairs were very dirty and felt a little unstable. A few of the mattresses were sunken in the middle. We all thought the water smelled a little metallic and the home could benefit from water filters. The towels smelled very musty and old. »

« This is just the coolest property!!! The location was absolutely stunning, with the expansive front porch overlooking Marshall & the French Broad River. Perfect for families or a group of friends that want individual bedrooms AND communal, shared spaces. It was pristine in terms of cleanliness & stocked with all the kitchen items you can wish for. « The manual shade didn’t cover the window all the way and there were no curtains so light came through in the morning. There were cobwebs on the wall and ceiling corner. No new roll of toilet paper. Body wash dispenser was nearly empty when we arrived and we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. Room and hotel have absolutely no character or style. Pool closed too early. Hallways were loud. »

« It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...
