Breathtaking Views & Room for Everyone

The moment you walk into this beautiful mountain home, you’ll be blown away by the breathtaking long-range mountain views through the enormous floor-to-ceiling windows. With plenty of space to spread out, multiple gathering areas, and incredible outdoor spaces, this home is the perfect mountain getaway for families, reunions, and groups looking to relax and reconnect.

But the views don`t stop inside. Step through the doors off the main living room and onto the expansive balcony, where the mountains take center stage. With plenty of comfortable seating and an unobstructed long-range view, this is the kind of space you`ll find yourself returning to again and again. Enjoy your morning coffee as the mountains come alive, gather with friends in the afternoon, or settle in with a drink as the sun begins to set.

This balcony and its incredible mountain views are truly one of the highlights of this home.

Main Level

The main living area features comfortable seating with a sofa and two chairs, creating a cozy place to gather around the fire. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay together while cooking, dining, relaxing, and enjoying the mountain scenery.

And when you`re ready to take in even more of the view, simply step outside onto the large main-level balcony directly off the living room. With Adirondack-style seating and plenty of room to gather, it`s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the scenery.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a private bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the mountains. Step outside and enjoy the view from Adirondack chairs—an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a peaceful evening.

Also on the main floor is a second bedroom with two twin beds, along with a conveniently located hallway bathroom.

Third-Floor Loft

Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

The first bedroom is tucked into the loft and features four twin beds, a TV, and plenty of room for guests to spread out and make themselves comfortable.

The second bedroom offers a private bathroom, a spacious sitting area, a TV, and beautiful built-in bookshelves, creating a cozy retreat within the home.

Lower Level & Game Room

The lower level offers even more space with two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-size bed. A conveniently located bathroom in the main living area provides easy access for both bedrooms.

And then there’s the game room! This is the perfect place for everyone to gather and have some fun, featuring a pool table, air hockey table, a large game table, and plenty of games to keep guests entertained for hours.

Hot Tub & Mountain Views

Just outside the game room, you’ll find the hot tub on the lower deck, where you can soak and take in the breathtaking mountain views.

Imagine ending a day of exploring with a relaxing soak while surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. It`s the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the peacefulness of your surroundings.

Gather Around the Fire Pit

When evening arrives, head outside to the fire pit and take in the long-range mountain views. Gather around the fire with your favorite people, share stories, roast marshmallows, and watch the mountains change as the day fades into night.

From coffee on the balcony to evenings around the fire pit, this home gives you plenty of ways to experience the mountains without ever having to leave the property.

Guest access
Guests will have complete private access to the entire home and access to all the amenities at the Village Club, Ski Resort, and Country Club.

Village Club access is included with your stay at no additional charge. Guests may enjoy the tennis courts, pickleball courts, stocked trout fishing pond, playgrounds, and seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

Wolf Laurel Country Club access is available for an additional fee of $150 per family per week and is paid directly to the Country Club after check-in. Please note this is $150 per family unit.

Country Club access includes:

18-hole golf course access
Dining facilities
24-hour fitness center

Additional charges apply for golf green fees, cart fees, dining, and other services or activities offered by the Country Club.


Whether your stay is 5, 6, or 7 nights, the fee remains a flat $150. Each additional week is $150, and for extended stays of five weeks or longer, the fee is reduced to $100 per week. Country Club amenities include the 18-hole golf course, dining facilities, and 24-hour fitness center.

Other things to note
This home does not allow any type of smoking, vaping, or tobacco products.

Outdoor lights must be turned off at 11:00pm when not in use. The neighborhood observes quiet hours between 11:00pm-6:00am. We ask that all guests adhere to this policy and are considerate of all other guests and residents.

Dog Friendly (max. 2 animals and all animals need pre-approval) Pets are allowed at an additional fee of $150 for up to 2 dogs.

In times of inclement weather a 4x4 or AWD vehicles may be required.

Motorcycles are prohibited in the community.

No scented pods or similar products allowed in the hot tub. May incur fees.
No toys allowed in the hot tub.

No loose trash in the garbage bins. All trash must be bagged. If trash needs to be hand-picked out of the bottom of the garbage bin a fee will be incurred.
