« This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys! »

« It was amazing first day we were greeted by 10 deer it was awesome second nite it thundered n rained but we loved every second we sat on the chairs on the porch and talked to 2 am it was great we will come back for sure »

« We enjoyed our stay. My 8 year old animal lover keeps asking when we can go back. Highlights were bottle feeding the baby goats and sheep, riding the ponies and horses, golf cart rides, feeding the animals, and getting up close to the animals. »

« Great property. Isolated. Nature/birds. Pictures don’t do it justice; much better in person. Home was extremely spacious. Comfortably fit 3 adults 4 children. Wish we spent more time at the property itself because of how beautiful it was. Host is kind and friendly, always available via text message. Location is far from common areas (college station)- which was about a 45-60 minute drive. Was not an issue for us, though. Roads are dark when driving late at night. Overall, great stay!...

The hosts so gracious and welcoming, and they left no detail unthought of. They even left home baked goods as a welcome treat. I highly recommend this cabin stay. »

« Our stay at the Restore 38 Ranch was everything we had hoped it would be. It was secluded enough that we could enjoy our time outside without any concerns but close enough to town to shop and go to restaurants. The home and pool were clean and very well maintained and we were very impressed by the decor. There was something to do for everyone and we can't wait to book our next visit. »
