Maison du lac Supérieur près de Marquette et Munising avec une plage / couchers de soleil exquis

Entièrement rénové en 2018. Maison de trois chambres à coucher sur le lac Supérieur avec accès à la plage, à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Marquette et à 20 minutes de Munising et Pictured Rocks. Le casino est de l'autre côté de la rue. La maison est très propre avec une salle de bain principale et une cuisine améliorées. La maison a un grand salon avec une cuisine spacieuse et un coin repas avec un immense porche grillagé pour se détendre et une grande cour avec hamac pour faire la sieste à l'ombre. Comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bains, toutes avec de nouveaux lits queen-size. A également une salle de lavage et un sous-sol aménagé pour la salle de jeux.
Nous autorisons les feux de plage et vous pouvez marcher sur la plage pendant des heures dans les deux sens. Vues nocturnes de la ville de Marquette et des aurores boréales lorsque les conditions sont réunies.

Il s'agit d'une location de vacances spacieuse avec beaucoup à faire à Marquette et Munising, à une courte distance en voiture. La propriété dispose également d'une maison de plage qui partage la grande plage en été. La plage principale de la maison se trouve à droite des escaliers.

Very clean and roomy, multiple fans and an AC window unit helped us stay comfortable during a few hot days. Kitchen had everything we needed, the upstairs living room was very comfortable and the beach access was phenomenal! We usually did some hiking activity in the morning and then enjoyed our beach in the late afternoon. It was wonderful.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. It had plenty of room, everything we needed, and the beach was amazing. Having stayed in Munising several times, we were pleasantly surprised by how much there is to do in the Marquette area, and still have an easy drive to Munising. Our hosts were great as well!

Great Stay For A Family

We spent a week with 2 young children and loved it all. The house was very spacious and well-kept for our family of four, but the standout star was the beachfront access. It is truly special and our kids couldn’t get enough of the shallow water and smooth sand. We weren’t expecting there to be an A/C, but the little window unit was a savior for 1 extra hot night when there was no breeze and high humidity. Every other night had great cool nights with a pleasant airflow through the house. There are several fans available throughout the house too, which was nice. Absolutely no regrets and we’ve spoken highly of this experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience staying at this VRBO property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The host, Paul, was incredibly welcoming and provided detailed information, making our stay seamless and enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet nestled in a peaceful, serene setting. We especially loved the beach, which was perfect for relaxing. Watching the beautiful sunsets, while enjoying a fire on the beach, that is hard to beat. Communication with Paul was prompt and friendly, and he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. This property truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this VRBO gem to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental experience! Great Home and Location.

This house was very comfortable to stay in it had all the amenities of home. It is only 10 minutes from Marquette which was very convenient. This house is located on a beautiful sandy beach. The owners are great communicators and live locally if you have any issues.

Nice, secluded beach

The property was very close to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful. The house was nicely laid out. We love that we were relatively close to stores and restaurants. Marquette is wonderful. Everyone was so nice. The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. It is a little hard to find the place. I would recommend that the owner update the address sign so it's easy to see. We missed the turn a couple of times. The water was very cold but we expected that. Because there isn't any central air, it was a little warm a couple of nights but not unbearable. I loved the openness of the house. There wasn't a lot of clutter which was great. We would definitely recommend this place. I would just recommend that if you have toddlers that you may want to bring a couple of gates for the 2 sets of stairs and be aware that you have to go down a number of steps to get to the beach. But once you get down to the beach, it's clean, private, and pristine.

Perfect for our family

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Everything from decor, supplies, upkeep of the property, comfort, cleanliness, location, including thoughtfulness and responsiveness from the host is top notch. You arrive the first day and feel as at ease and situated as you would in your own home. The beach itself is stunning… clean and secluded, with sky, water and sand as far as the eye can see. Just an excellent location for admiring all of the beauty of Lake Superior and the surrounding landscape while also being only 10 minutes away from Marquette’s charming and vibrant restaurant and shopping district and the iconic Ore Dock. We could t have enjoyed our time more. Thank you Paul and Colleen! Your beach house is a true gem.

Great house. Lots of ammenities and good location to munising and marquette. North County trail access is just across the street as well as a small playground and wild blueberries my kids enjoyed. They also loved the beach toys and board game amenities. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Great stay.

Amazing property with incredible beach

I cannot say enough about how much we loved this place. We walked in and were immediately blown away by how big it was. It was immaculately clean and we loved the decor. The breezeway was the perfect place for us to play games every evening and enjoy feeling like we were outdoors without having to deal with mosquitos! We absolutely love the water so having the beach just a short walk away was fantastic. And what a beach it is, the pictures do not do it justice! The sand is wonderful and soft and the water is clear and beautiful. We enjoyed many sunsets on the beach and went swimming every day that we were there. The location is great, it was just a short drive to Marquette and also not far to Munising and Pictured Rocks. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location for Exploring the UP

The house was easy to locate right on M28 and very clean when we arrived. It is in a great location for seeing the UP and we visited Marquette, the Keweenaw, Munising & Pictured Rocks, Whitefish Point & Paradise and Escanaba all in one week. The accommodations were comfortable, and it was an easy walk down to the beach behind the property. All in all this is a really nice property!

Beautiful property on Lake Superior Shore

This property is a beautiful lake house. It’s a one minute walk to the beach on a private drive and offers a sturdy staircase down to the beach. It is conveniently located 10 minutes from Marquette. It comfortably sleeps six people with plenty of room to separate. Although we didn’t have any reason to contact the owners while on property, they were very responsive prior to our visit, We will definitely look into renting this property again!

Quiet and peaceful

This house was much bigger than we anticipated! The open kitchen/dining space was perfect for cooking and having family dance parties before dinner. The breezeway was wonderful for playing games especially on rainier days. We were looking for a home on the lake without neighbors and we found it! The one thing we missed was being able to walk anywhere as the home is located on a major highway. Also, there is not a bathtub in this home which made bathing our baby more challenging. Otherwise, we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend.

Secluded Relaxing Time

Really nice property. 100 steps down to the bluff to access the beach. If you sit on the 2nd floor deck at the back of the house, you cannot see any other properties due to the tree cover. So it is like you are alone, up north. The house was clean and decorated nice. Lots of stuff nearby to do. And plenty of stores 5 to 10 minutes down the road.

Northern Paradise

We will definitely be staying here again! I highly recommend this property. It is larger than it appears in the photos and comes equipped with everything you need! We had bon fires on the beach at night while watching the sunset after long days of hiking, cliff jumping, kayaking, and exploring all this beautiful area has to cover, it was absolutely incredible! During the day the beach is great for games, sunbathing and the water is beautiful and refreshing! We only seen a few people on the beach the entire week we were there. Your own slice of northern paradise!

Beautiful, private beach a short walk down a driveway, then down some stairs. Paul and Colleen were expedient in their response to a minor problem and remedied it immediately. Very clean and comfortable! Nice sauna. Everything was updated and modern but the tv wasn't a smart tv. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time staying at this house! Had all the amenities plus some for a week long stay. Awesome location to all the nearby attractions and cities and only a short walk to the picture perfect beach. Enjoyed fires on the beach and relaxing in the sauna. Easy check in and check out, would recommend and would stay again!
