Getting Around:

Parking: Private driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No EV charger available.

Train: Marlow station is approximately a 10-minute drive away. The Marlow branch line runs to Maidenhead, where guests can connect to services to London Paddington. Allow around 1 hour 15–30 minutes for the train journey, depending on connections.

Bus: The Bockmer End bus stop is approximately a 2-minute walk away, subject to confirming the exact stop. Bus routes and frequency should be checked before travelling, as services in this rural area may be limited.

Road: M40 Junction 4 (High Wycombe), approximately 10–15 minutes by car; M4 Junction 8/9 (Maidenhead), approximately 15–20 minutes; Heathrow Airport, approximately 25–35 minutes.

A car is recommended: the house is in a rural hamlet.



Other Things to Note:

- The greenhouse is off limits at all times.

- The double bedroom is reached through one of the bathrooms.

- One WC is outside the house, reached via the drive.

- Early check-in and late check-out: we cannot guarantee these in advance. For confirmed bookings we offer discounted extensions (an extra night before or after your stay) if you’d like to secure extra time.

- Security cameras: outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring.

- Rubbish: excessive waste left at the property may incur a charge at checkout.

- Neighbour: please respect the neighbours and the local area. No loud music, parties or excessive noise.

- Pets: a pet brought without prior approval will incur a charge. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior approval on a case-by-case basis, at £50 per dog per stay. Bowls, beds, towels and toys are not provided. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, the sofa bed or any furniture.
