« This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

« Als mein Mann und ich das Hotel betraten, waren wir angenehm überrascht und sehr angetan! Wir hatten vor einiger Zeit in einer anderen Stadt in einem Extended Stay übernachtet und waren, gelinde gesagt, alles andere als zufrieden. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work...

« We loved our stay! The property went above our expectation with their kitchen supplies and laundry option as well as abundant supply of towels. The stay guide was easy to refer to in order to find what we need, the communication was very smooth, and the owner we luckily met gave us all the great recommendations. We loved both the winery and restaurant he recommended! »
