« We were very impressed with the accommodations. The furniture, decor, kitchen was well equipped for a weekend getaway. The suite was perfect for 2 people and our teen slept on the couch, but ended up in the massive king bed alongside us the second night. The Lodge is a cool area for recreating and the bar (opening soon) was a hip little addition—LOVE the ceiling. We enjoyed eating on the back patio in the evening and we even had a visit from a black bear while sitting just outside the back...

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...

« Motel basique mais avec des chambres rénovées. C'est calme et à deux pas d un sentier de randonnée dans la forêt. Le centre ville est assez éloigné. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner décevant. »

« Clean facilities. Only issue and not sure anything can be done is that the walls were too thin. Could hear neighbors through drywall. »

« The staff at Hampton Inn in Helen were extremely helpful and personable. They went beyond expectations, even making sure fresh cookies were available when we returned for the evening. The breakfast was not as extensive as other Hampton Inn locations, but the food was hot and fresh. Our stay there was very pleasant. »

« The room came with breakfast which was "Little Debbie" cakes and coffee. There was no milk, no juice, nothing hot. There was 1 table and nowhere to sit. We left and went to get breakfast which we were not planning to do. We will never stay there again. »
