« Personally I would describe the property as a subunit and not a cottage. Cottage suggests to me a separate unit from the main, which this was not. The person upstairs decided to roll out the garbage after midnight passed our bedroom window which woke us. The next morning we were woken by the gardeners blowers. No quiet relaxing mornings for me as the morning after the gardeners was the cleaning of the upstairs unit. We were able to enjoy a glass of wine in the garden in the late afternoons. »

« Le logement est très bien pour 2 adultes. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent, et la configuration des pièces vous fait vous sentir dans un cocon. La maison est idéalement située pour se rendre à Sausalito, afin d'y prendre un repas ou visiter les Boathouse. Elle est toute aussi proche de la nature, plage, montagne. C'est un excellent point de départ pour la Napa et la Sonoma Valley, tout en étant à 30 minutes de San Francisco. Superbe endroit au calme en pleine nature. »
