It was such a pleasure to have our morning coffee while watching the sunrise — a perfect, peaceful start to the day.The location is fantastic — within walking distance to great restaurants, cozy cafés, bike paths, and the ocean. « Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom. »

« Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime. »
