There are plenty of things to do in the direct vicinity like hiking, mountain biking trails and authentic mountain lodges offering regional specialities, not to mention the stunning views of the Tauern and Nock mountain ranges. In winter, the family-friendly skiing area of Fanningberg is only 10 minutes away. Cross-country skiers and biathlon athletes also have plenty of options here. Good restaurants can be accessed at 50 m and general supplies at 190 m.

The apartment consists of a lovely living room, a modern open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a separate toilet. This apartment with free WiFi has a terrace and parking available on the premises.

As a guest of this complex you have 3 hours of free daily access to the neighboring and internally connected Wellness oasis Samsunn (children from 14 years) with 4 different saunas, a steam cabin, infrared cabin, whirlpool ect. Beauty treatments are possible at an additional cost.

Specifics: in summer (29.05.2021- 31.10.2021) you will receive the Lungaucard free of charge during your stay. For example, this card offers you free access to various gondolas (1x per gondola during your stay), access to various attractions, a castle, steam train, toboggan run and toll road (subject to change)

From winter 21/22 € 3 per day for the outdoor parking space and € 6 per day for the underground car park must be charged on site. There is a free public car park about 200-300 m from the resort.
