Selador is an architecturally designed rammed earth home with large windows, oak flooring and beautiful gardens, all set on 14 acres of private bushland. With spectacular views from all open space areas and bedrooms, this home has been designed to capture the beauty of the surrounding bush. There is decking that opens out to landscaped rock and native bush gardens with sitting and entertaining areas.



The space is ideal for:

* Couples wanting a romantic getaway

* Small Family groups wanting to be close to town and the beach.

* Can sleep 4 people comfortably



MAIN BEDROOM

The Spacious main bedroom has a king sized bed, large ensuite with Spa bath, double shower and heated flooring. There is also a separate toilet and walk in wardrobe. Please note: No blinds on the upper windows, so light in the mornings. Fantastic to wake up and see high into the tree tops.

Adjacent to this room is a study/office and offers a workspace and reading nook.



SECOND BEDROOM

The second bedroom is found at the opposite end of the home.

Has a king sized bed with an ensuite which includes shower and toilet. This room has private access to outside decking area and has a built in wardrobe.



LIVING AREA

Large freestanding double sided stone fireplace transforms the living room into a contemporary living space. The area encompasses a lounge room down one end and a vibrant dining area up the other.



DINING AREA

Located on the other side of the stone fireplace is the dining area featuring a large 6 seater dining table.

Huge glass doors open out onto the Deck area overlooking the grassland.

Weber family sized BBQ and outdoor seating for 6 people on the deck area.



KITCHEN

Entertaining is made easy with this beautiful kitchen featuring a fully equipped cooking zone, gas cooktop, electric oven, Miele dishwasher, granite bench tops with a large island encompassing bar stools.

Nespresso coffee machine with tea, coffee and milk

Welcome gift upon arrival featuring local bottle of Margaret River wine and chocolate.

Lovely breakfast nook is located just to the side of the kitchen perfect to enjoy that morning paper and coffee. You may even catch one of our resident kangaroos grazing on the grassed area.



LAUNDRY

In between the two bedrooms is a European laundry with a Miele washer and dryer. There is also a guests toilet located next to it. This area opens out to a rear deck



Guests will have access to the entire property. The house is self check-in via a lock box.



We are always available 24/7 for any questions or problems. We can be contacted via Airbnb chat or phone during your stay. Although we do not reside in Margaret River, we have a fabulous Housekeeper who just lives around the corner and is available to attend any emergencies.



Selador is perfectly located between pristine Prevelly Beaches and bordering onto the Leeuwin Naturaliste National park, Selador is in the heart of the South Wests Wine Region. Wineries such as Cape Mentelle,Voyager Estate amd Leeuwin Estate are only a 5 minute drive. Margaret River Town centre also 5 minute Drive by car offering fresh local produce stores, markets and conveniences.



You will need a vehicle to get around the area.

Please note that there are no blockout blinds. There a high windows which give views of the surrounding bush, however also the morning light. Bring Eye mask if sensitive to early mornings.



NO REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING IN LIVING AREA, ONLY IN BEDROOMS. There is a portable Dyson heater in the living room.



We have a travel cot and highchair free of charge (Will need to bring your own cot linen). Please ask us upon booking.
